Within the framework of an artistic project the citycentre of Dresden is transformed into an exhibtionspace to experience the dialogue between cultural past and present.
By using landscape photography city-light-glass displays are turned into »windows of desire« that revive fundamental Caspar David Friedrich-like yearnings within the urban bustle of a lively city.
Designed as ad-free posters, the motives are a sharp contrast to everyday commercials. Neither product nor service are on offer, but they are an encouragement to pause for a second, contemplate and reflect.

Im Rahmen eines künstlerischen Projekts wird das Dresdner Stadtzentrum zum Ausstellungs- und Erlebnisraum im Dialog zwischen kultureller Vergangenheit und Gegenwart.
City-Light-Glasvitrinen werden durch ausdrucksstarke, hochwertige Fotografien von isländischen Naturlandschaften als »Sehnsuchtsfenster« gestaltet, die im urbanen Trubel einer lebendigen Stadt fundamentale Sehnsüchte und Wünsche im Sinne Caspar David Friedrichs neu aufgreifen.
Es werden weder Produkt noch Dienstleistung beworben, sondern Innehalten, Besinnung und Reflexion motiviert.
